By downloading, accessing, or using SimplyCado, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
2. Description of Service
SimplyCado is a nutrition tracking app that lets you log food, scan labels, track calories, macros, water, and weight, sync selected information with Apple Health with permission, and review progress.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for the activity that occurs through it.
4. SimplyCado Pro Subscriptions
SimplyCado Pro may unlock advanced nutrition review features, adaptive target insights, pattern detection, weekly summaries, exports, and power-user reports. Subscriptions are managed through Apple StoreKit and your Apple account.
Monthly and annual subscription options may be offered. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restore-purchase behavior are handled by Apple under Apple App Store terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
5. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer
SimplyCado is for personal tracking and general wellness only. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nutrition, activity, and target information may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Always seek advice from a qualified health professional before making medical, nutrition, fitness, or weight-management decisions.
6. User Content and Product Data
You may enter custom foods, recipes, corrections, reports, notes, and other content. You are responsible for the information you submit. Product and catalog information may come from third-party or public data sources and may contain errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
SimplyCado is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplyCado and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or site.
